- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a BOA customer for a long time and will continue to do so because not every location is like this one. But, what you read from the other reviewers is true. This location is pretty rough. Its a busy location so there really isnt any excuse for it to be in this condition. The lines inside are unreasonably long. Then you have the ever present South Florida knucklehead that skips the line causing the those waiting to start arguing. Its just a bad scene. The place looks dark and dingy also. The drive up ATM line is also pretty tight. I try to use other BOA locations. This place has been the same for years. Look at the photo of the parking lot. Its filthy.
